A $100 deposit will hold a puppy until he/she is 8 weeks old. This deposit is
non-refundable due to the fact that we will tell others that he is sold. The balance is due when the puppy is ready to go home with you at 8 weeks old.

Kindred Spirit Kennels guarantees this puppy/dog to be healthy at time of purchase. Puppy is current on all vaccinations and wormings and a current State of Florida Health Certificate has been given to buyer. Buyer has the option to have his/her vet examine the puppy within 48 hours of purchase. If the vet finds the puppy to be unhealthy, puppy can be returned to Kindred Spirit Kennels and a puppy of equal value will be offered when available. A copy of the vet’s examination and all of the puppy’s paperwork must accompany the puppy at time of return. There are no cash refunds. Kindred Spirit Kennels is not responsible for any medical costs, shipping costs or secondary expenses.
Puppy is guaranteed for 1 year against Life Threatening genetic defects. In this case, another puppy of equal value will be offered to buyer when available in exchange. A copy of a licensed veterinarian’s statement must accompany dog when returned. There are no cash refunds. Buyer is responsible for all veterinary expenses, shipping costs and secondary expenses.
By purchasing a puppy from Kindred Spirit Kennels, buyer is acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract.
